Welcome to SusFoodNW!
We are an academic research collaboration between the University of Central Lancashire, Manchester Metropolitan University, Salford University and Edge Hill University.
Together we are committed to increasing understanding of food sustainability and bringing together key stakeholders to generate knowledge and action that promotes sustainable, healthy and socially just food systems.
We aim to support positive change through our academic research and engagement, both in the North West region of England and beyond, by achieving tangible social, economic and environmental impacts.
Please look around our website and get in touch if you would like any further information or to explore opportunities to work together.
